Plan better.

Hyaluronic acid can serve various purposes - from working with a selected cavity to modeling proportions. Anatomy, moderation and the plan of the entire face are key.

One ingredient.
Various properties.

Preparations based on hyaluronic acid differ in parameters, so not every product is suitable for every area. The doctor chooses a solution depending on the anatomy, tissue properties and the planned goal.

During the consultation, we discuss not only what can be changed, but also what should not be changed and what alternatives are available.

There is not one
"facial acid".

The preparations differ, among other things, in their mechanical properties and intended use. What works in one area may not meet the needs of another. Product selection is part of the medical decision.

More quantity does not equal better plan.

Correction is intended to serve
whole face.

Modeling

  • mouth - separate qualification and plan
  • selected elements of facial proportions
  • volumetry after anatomical assessment

Why are the preparations not interchangeable?

Hyaluronic acid is found in products with various properties. Among the important factors are the degree of cross-linking, cohesion, flexibility and the ability to integrate with the tissue. The manufacturer specifies the intended use of the product, and the doctor selects it according to the anatomy and purpose.

The product intended for subtle work in a moving area may differ from the product chosen to support deeper tissues. Therefore, comparing treatments only by the price of one syringe is misleading.

Modeling, adding volume and correcting proportions.

The offer includes lip modeling, work on nasolabial folds and volumetry. Each of these goals requires a different analysis. The furrow may result not only from a local malocclusion, but also from changes in adjacent areas. The mouth is assessed in relation to its profile, bite and facial expression. Volumetry requires looking at the entire facial architecture.

Not every visible asymmetry is a problem and not every one is worth completely correcting. The natural face remains asymmetric.

What if there is already filler in the face?

During the consultation, you must provide as accurate information as possible: name of the preparation, area, amount and date of the previous treatment. If the data are unknown or the tissue picture is questionable, the plan may require postponement or additional evaluation.

Adding further volumes without recognizing the previous material may worsen the proportions and increase the risk of undesirable effects.

Can hyaluronic acid be dissolved?

In certain situations, your doctor may consider using hyaluronidase. However, this is not a cosmetic "undo button". The procedure itself has indications, contraindications and risks. The course of action depends on the problem, the type of material and the urgency of the situation.

Approach to treatment

The safest adjustment begins with recognizing what was previously given and why the patient is not satisfied.

Safety also depends on knowledge about previous fillers, dental procedures, infections and medications used.

Before your visit

If possible, have product names, dates and areas of previous applications ready. Do not discontinue medications without consulting your doctor.

After the procedure

Swelling, tenderness and bruising may be temporary. The final result is assessed after the tissues have calmed down, according to the established follow-up date.

Urgent contact

Increasing severe pain, unusual pallor or bluishness of the skin, and visual disturbances require immediate attention and evaluation.

It's a medical procedure.

  • In addition to the typical transient reactions, there are rare but serious complications that require urgent management.
  • Before the treatment, we discuss previous fillers, diseases, medications and infections.
  • We do not perform the procedure if the risk exceeds the expected benefit.

Does hyaluronic acid always provide volume?

The preparations differ in their properties and uses. The purpose and effect depend on the product, technique and area.

Can a previous treatment be improved?

First, it is necessary to assess the type of preparation, time of administration and the current condition of the tissues. Not every correction is possible immediately.

How much preparation will be needed?

We do not determine quantities without testing. A larger amount does not automatically mean a better effect.
